TERMS & CONDITIONS

By Participating in the Event or any part of the Event, each individual acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

At any time, NNN management may amend these Terms of Service without notice to the attendee by posting the amended Terms of Service on the Event website. The continued Participation in the Event by an attendee shall constitute acceptance of any such amended Terms of Service.

 

 

MINORS:

Niche Nail Network is open to trade and professional visitors, strictly over the age of 16. No minors will be allowed to enter the event. Management reserves the right to request proof of age from individuals who look under 16 and refuse entry if this is not provided. Under no circumstances will prams, babies, pushchairs or buggies be permitted. No exceptions will be made.

 

EVENT TICKETS/REGISTRATION:

For all Niche Nail Network events you will be required to register and purchase a ticket in order to attend. You may bring a non-nail professional guest but they must have a valid ticket too. To access the exhibition and masterclasses you will be required to purchase a ticket which you will need to bring with you to the event in order to gain access. Without a purchased ticket you will not be permitted access.

Niche Nail Network will contact you with show information which they deem relevant including brand updates, special offers, education, planning your agenda for the event and exhibitor and sponsor information. You will be presented with an entry lanyard when you arrive at the exhibition.

You will also receive a post-event survey in order to allow us to analyse the performance of the event, demographics of attendees and to understand how to improve future events. If you wish to amend or no longer receive any further communication from Niche Nail Network please use the 'unsubscribe' links in the emails you have received.

 

 

PERSONAL PROPERTY:

Upon entry to any part of the Event held in the Venue, all participants, their bags and other personal property may be subject to screening or security checks. Management expressly reserves the right to prohibit any personal property from entry into the Venue. All personal property brought to the Event is done so at Participant’s own risk and Participant is responsible for safeguarding such property at all times. Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Management is not responsible for, and shall have no liability resulting from, any loss or damage to any personal property belonging to Participant, including, but not limited to, loss or damage resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, bomb threats, roof leaks, other attendees participating in the Event or other causes, to the extent consistent with applicable law. No personal property may be left unattended while in or around the Venue. Management will handle unattended property however Management deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion. Any personal property which is left within the Venue upon the conclusion of the Event shall be considered abandoned and handled by Management accordingly.

 

 

EVENT FEATURES:

The Event’s operating hours, schedules, floor plans, exhibitors, vendors masterclasses and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice to Participants. All Event Features are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed for all Participants. Our masterclasses have a max capacity and work on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Once we hit maximum capacity, the doors will be closed and no more guests will be let in. If you are late to a masterclass, you will not be allowed entry. 

 

REFUND POLICY:

Tickets are non refundable. If you are no longer able to attend the event for any reason, we can not issue refunds, you are able to sell or gift your ticket privately, should they be transferred or sold privately, you must email nichenailnetwork@gmail.com and inform us of the purchase transfer at least 5 working days before the event. Any changes made after this time will not be made.

 

Should we change the date of the event or cancel the event, we will issue a full refund on request. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE:

Our event will be photographed and/or videoed with the intention of the images/video being used for the purpose of marketing. By registering for and attending an event you acknowledge that a photographer/videographer will be present and you may appear in a shot. Niche Nail Network have the right to use the images as they wish. Any images taken from our website must be referenced and credited to the event. If you do not wish to be featured in photographs please make the organisers of the event aware on arrival.

 

PAYMENTS TO EXHIBITORS:

All payments to our exhibitors are strictly card only. No cash payments will be allowed. 

 

TRANSACTIONS AT THE EVENT:

Niche Nail Network Ltd are not liable for any transactions made between Attendees and Exhibitors or Sponsors of the event. If you have and comments or complains regarding a transaction, please contact the Exhibitor or sponsor directly.

FEEDBACK:

If you have any concerns, queries or matters you feel should be brought to our attention please email nichenailnetwork@gmail.com and state in the subject line the purpose of your email. Any complaints regarding our events must be received in writing via email or post within 21 days post-event to allow us to take action and respond.

DISABLED ACCESS:

Our 2024 Event is based on the ground floor of the venue, with full disabled access. Including toilets. Should you need a chaperone, carers tickets can be purchased, please email nichenailnetwork@gmail.com . Carers do not receive a goody bag, should they wish to receive one a full ticket will be needed.
